Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

3. Size & Fit Notice

We highly recommend that you check nail sizes carefully before placing your order, as each set is custom-packed.
Exchanges due to size issues may require additional shipping fees, and we may not be able to guarantee replacements for limited styles.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the courier, but we will work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue as best we can.

6. Use of Products

Our press-on nails are for external use only. Please use as directed and keep away from small children to prevent choking hazards.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and apply to all future orders.
